We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in the logistics and supply chain industry. As a PR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's reputation and enhancing its brand image. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective PR strategies, handling media relations, and creating engaging content to effectively communicate with our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's brand and maintain a positive reputation.
• Create compelling and informative press releases, newsletters, and other materials to promote company news and achievements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and effectively pitch stories to secure media coverage.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for positive exposure.
• Coordinate and manage public relations events, including press conferences, seminars, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in crisis management by developing and executing communication plans in coordination with the management team.
• Provide regular reports and updates on PR activities and contribute to the development of PR budgets and plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in PR, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the media landscape and ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in social media management and digital marketing techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• High level of creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Proficient in computer applications and media analysis tools.

Salary range:

$22.50 - $33.00 hourly
